Approach
We started with the people filling in the forms, not the forms themselves. Twelve interviews and a week of session recordings showed where patients stalled, so we rebuilt the flow around the questions that mattered and moved everything else to later, when it was actually needed.
Result
Onboarding now takes minutes instead of an afternoon, and the product finally looks as trustworthy as the clinicians behind it. A documented component library keeps every new screen consistent, even when the team ships without a designer.
