Approach

Moss had fourteen screens of charts and one question customers kept asking support. We ran task-based tests with their heaviest users, grouped every metric by the decision it supports and rebuilt the dashboard as three focused views with plain-language labels and sensible defaults.

Result

Customers now find what they need without help, and the support team spends its time on real problems. The new interface is lighter, faster to load and built on reusable patterns, so new reports slot in without another redesign.
